Meet Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah, and Life Made Possible is my way of offering the kind of support I believe everyone deserves.
With over 12 years of experience in care and support, I’ve had the privilege of helping people of all ages through many different stages of life. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most meaningful support comes from taking the time to undertsand each person, building genuine relationships, and treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect.
I hold a degree in Psychology, am fully DBS checked, fully insured, and have completed professional training in Medication Administration, Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, Dementia Awareness , Infection Prevention & Control, and Food hygiene. My experience and training allow me to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred support, always tailored to each individual’s needs.
I created Life Made Possible because I wanted to offer something more personal and felxible than traditional care. I believe support should fit around the person, not the other way around. Whether someone needs a little extra help for a short period or ongoing support, my aim is always to provide reassurance, independence and peace of mind.
Every person is different, which is why I take the time to understand what matters most to you. Whether it’s providing practical support, a listening ear or simply helping you regain confidence in everyday life, I’ll always treat you with the same kindness, respect and care that I’d want for my own family.
